本校於民國47年9月獨立設校為彰化縣土庫國民小學，迄今已創校64年，期間培育各領域專業人才無數，歷任校長均積極建設校園，逐年改善校園教學環境，戮力營造優質美感校園環境，以提升教學成效，並打造多元展能舞台，成就每一位學生。

本校位在彰化縣南端的竹塘鄉土庫村，不到3公里遠處即是本縣廣大農田水利灌溉的母親河——濁水溪，阡陌農田是這裡觸目所及的景象，鄉內多數居民以務農維生。是以，本校依據學校願景與學生圖像，規畫出與部定課程相結合的校訂課程——「土庫健康活力 美力新視界」，並依據總目標分成四個主軸：

再依據學校現況和學生需求，融入國際教育、戶外教育、科技教育、食農教育等內容進行課程設計，除此之外更規畫假日親子共學課程，親、師、生共同增能培力。

Tuku Elementary School of Changhua County became an independent school in September 1958. With over 64 years of history, the school has nurtured countless professionals across various fields. Successive principals have actively invested in campus development, steadily improving the learning environment, and striving to create an aesthetically pleasing, high-quality campus that enhances learning outcomes and provides diverse stages for every student to shine.

Located in Tuku Village, Zhutang Township at the southern end of Changhua County, our school is less than 3 kilometers away from the Zhuoshui River, the mother river that irrigates vast farmlands across the county. Surrounded by sprawling agricultural fields, most local residents earn their living through farming. Grounded in our school vision and student profile, we have developed a school-based curriculum integrated with the national curriculum titled "Tuku Healthy Vitality: Aesthetic & Energetic New Horizon." It revolves around four main axes:

本校歷屆校長帶領著全校教職員工延續優質教學理念，積極致力於校園各項軟硬體建設：建置教室內資訊教學系統，因應教育趨勢，每位學生均能使用一部平板電腦，提供教師進行資訊教學。並建置社區閱讀中心，成立詹知能先生紀念文庫，要使孩童有最佳的閱讀環境，積極進行多元活動課程，如陶笛、和太鼓、小提琴、科學活動、繪畫、槌球、閱讀……等多元社團，要使孩童有快樂的童年，在充實課業外，也能具備各項技能以面對未來的世界。

Guided by our principals, our faculty continues to promote quality education and build robust educational infrastructure. Each classroom is equipped with smart instructional systems, and every student receives a tablet to support digital learning. We have established a Community Reading Center featuring the Mr. Chan Chih-Neng Memorial Library to offer an optimal reading environment. Furthermore, we offer diverse extracurricular activities—including ocarina, Wadaiko (Japanese drums), violin, science club, painting, gateball, and reading—ensuring students enjoy a joyful childhood while building versatile skills for the future.
